Elasticity

i am working on a wardrobe overhaul. The overhaul is based on two desires that I now have:

1. I always want to wear boots. From hereon and henceforth may you see me wearing adorable boots.
2. I would like to be able to sleep in my clothing. Why? So after I'm done editing I can just fall into my bed comfortably with minimal effort. This calls for more comfortable and flexible, knit clothing.

Today I set off on  a mission to find clothing held together by elastic. And, thanks to the invention of jeggings and the 80's revival, I was super successful.  

Elastic waistbands, I love you and pledge to always fill you with my pudgy waistline.

I'm dressing as either a pregnant person or an 82 year old.

I looked at jeggings today but I can't quite make the leap...I'm still stuck on my skinny jeans for now but maybe I'll indulge and try them out. The Calgary pics are fantastic - and I love her boots and flower! I wish I had been half that stylish as a kid...

i keep telling myself that as long as i'm running errands in super cute anthropologie lounge pants (have you tried those? AMAZING) i'm not completely just wearing sweatpants, right? right?! :)
